Cette réalité sensible a été longtemps appréhendée avec difficulté par l’Église. En 6 chapitres, elle est revisitée sous ses aspects historiques, humains, théologiques, spirituels et pastoraux. Chacun est remis délicatement devant ses responsabilités et sa conscience sur le chemin de croissance auquel il est convié.
Les pasteurs et les communautés chrétiennes sont interpellés sur les conditions qu’ils mettent en œuvre pour accompagner, discerner et intégrer, les 3 maîtres-mots utilisés par le pape François. À travers ce livre, on découvre une Église active et soucieuse de trouver des modes d’expression de foi au cœur de notre monde.
En deuxième partie, des exemples concrets enrichis d’un panel de textes ouvrent à la créativité de temps de prière respectueux et authentiques.
Le réseau SeDiRe (séparés, divorcés, divorcés remariés) de la Mission de France a collaboré avec l’auteur dans une longue gestation de ce livre. Ce collectif s’appuie sur le dialogue avec les théologiens et initie des colloques : il cherche ainsi à rejoindre ceux dont l’Église est loin et met ses réflexions au service de tous les diocèses. Hervé GIRAUD, prélat de la Mission de France, a signé la préface de l’ouvrage.
À propos de l’auteur : Guy de LACHAUX est prêtre du diocèse d’Evry. La rencontre de personnes séparées ou divorcées au cœur de son ministère a aiguisé son regard sur leurs souffrances, leurs questionnements et leurs attentes et provoqué son engagement à leur service. De nombreux groupes sollicitent son éclairage et tirent bénéfice de ses productions.
